Had a shoot  with Warren on Monday night at Little India. I drove there and boy, that place is a sucky place to drive to. The construction and the one way streets drove me a bit mad. After a long drive, I finally got to Wonderlust  Hotel at Dickson Road (yes, the names sound so suggestive and in a way, hilarious). I didn't have a proper place to do make up. Ended up doing it at a coffee shop and getting chased by the owner who called us 'civilized people' and me, 'the Lady' in a sarcastic way. After make-up, we left to the scene to shoot, which was along an alley, stealing light (and space and toilet! Heh.) from the nearby Indian coffee shop.

The shoot was kinda abstract. I had to paint her face gold like a statue and she had a prata wrapped around her head. Yes, a real edible prata. And because of the peculiarity of the shoot, it drew attention from the diners at the coffee shop as well as passer-bys. Some of whom, laughed and pointed rudely, while others coming closer for a better look. The model was a beautiful Indian girl who was former Miss World (yes, she knows Ris Low) . And there was a stylist too. Who was super nice (I think he's gay. I think.) and brought a Versace dress for the shoot.

The photos turned out lovely. I can't wait to see the edited version. Pictures for the shoot is for a fine arts exhibition. It was an awesome experienced working with down to earth people of the industry. I left  the shoot, tired but extremely satisfied. Met Clarence after that for some midnight Mustafa shopping!

I can't wait for my Australia trip.

Was looking for this kinda top in Bugis street on Saturday with Mr Yeoh. Couldn't find one that I liked. Either that or the quality was not worth what I had to pay for. Was just thinking to myself then, "What if it comes out in BC's next launch?". Lo and behold! And in NUDE, such a pretty colour! Haha. I'm biased. =P

Mr Yeoh entertained me with his exceptionally big ego (which makes him says things which are sometimes hilarious instead) and his firm stand on wanting to be extremely unique. Quite sad knowing that once he starts Uni (which is in a few week's time) we would be so freaking far away. No more random dinner or supper dates. :(

Anyway, I'm still deciding whether I should watch the World Cup with the rest of the world or get some beauty sleep. Gah. Another long week ahead.
